The Stewart Properties are located in northwestern British Columbia in the Eskay Creek/Stewart Region, which to date has produced 15 million ounces of gold, 270 million ounces of silver, 4 billion pounds of copper and 782 million pounds of molybdenum.

Three properties are northeast of Stewart, British Columbia and total 2,235 hectares. They were obtained following the successful exploration results by Decade Resources in which 7.3 grams per ton of gold were obtained across 28.3 metres and 5.78 grams per ton across 28.4 metres (Decade Resources Sept. 14, 2009 Press Release) and 7.5 grams per ton gold across 32.5 metres (Decade Resources Sept. 3, 2009 Press Release). Also in the same region, Ascot Resources drilled 11 metres Of 50 g/t gold on their Premier property (Ascot Resources September 22, 2009 news release).
A fourth property of 327 hectares is located southeast of Stewart and just east of the Clone Prospect, where CanAsia Industries announced in 2009 that six of 15 holes completed contained visible gold in sections, including 12.8 metres (42 feet) of 44.75 grams per tonne (g/t) (1.305 ounce per ton) gold and 4.87 metres (16 feet) of 76.8 g/t (2.24 ounces per ton) (CanAsia 22 October 2009, news release). More recently, CanAsia announced an average of 153.34 g/t (3.87 oz/ton) in a bulk sample (CanAsia 4 March 2010, news release).
